Refund policy
Order Processing: We aim to process orders in 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, shipping typically takes an additional 5-8 business days for the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time. Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order efficiently. These may include the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and others. For bulk orders, we may use freight delivery services. All orders are shipped from San Francisco, California.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please notify us immediately at support@sfinbloom.art. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot reroute it. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-shipment.
Damaged, lost or misdirected packages: For damaged, lost or misdirected packages, please contact your carrier for further information or to make a claim.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 3% non-refundable transaction fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
All Sales are Final: Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Ensure you review your order carefully before submitting it. Orders may be canceled for a refund– minus transaction fees– prior to shipment from our warehouse. Payment processors keep their fees even when we issue refunds. To cover the cost of the transaction you incured, cancellations are refunded minus the transaction fee.
Product Issues: If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us at support@sfinbloom.art within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or other appropriate solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. WPlease get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
